The first day:
Meet the group in Lhasa, syay in the hotel to make the plateau compatibility rest. Lives in Lhasa
The second day:
After the breakfast, visit the highest ancient building in the world which is called “the bright pearl of plateau” ---- Potala Palace. It was first built in the 7th century. It has been the political and religious centre since the fifth Dalai Lama. It house the gold funeral stupas with Dalai Lamas’ remains inside and numerous murals, Tangka, Buddha images. It is the concentrated embodiment of Tibetan culture. In the afternoon, visit the earliest Jokhong Monastery which was built during the Tubo Kindom. It enshrines the life-size statue of Buddha when he was 12 years old brought by Princess Wencheng. It is the most sacred and efficacious Buddha image in Tibetans’ heart. The third day:
After the breakfast, rides in a carriage goes to “South of Yangtse River”---- Nyingchi which is called “Jiuzhaigou in Tibet and small Swetzerland”. Climb ove Monla Mountain which is 5230 meters. Admire the scenery of Nyang River Vally on the way. Visit “Zhong Liu Di Zhu” ---- a big rock in the Nyang River. Experience the feeling brought by the green mountains and clear waters. After lunch go to the Ningma sect of Tibetan Buddhism sacred lake---- Basumtso Lake. The snowy peak, the glacier, the virgin forest, the historical site encircle Basumtso Lake tightly, making people feeling that they really returned “Shangrila”. In spring season, all the flowers around the lake are blossoming. The snowy peaks produces inverted images in the lake. The scenery imakes one intoxicated. Visitors can take yacht on their own expeses to admire the lake and the mountain scenery. Lives in Nyingchi.
The fourth day
After the breakfast, visit the world great cypress park. Cypresses aged over 2000 years are to be found everywhere. Among them, circumference of the cypress with the age of 2650 years is 18 meters. It is 50 meters high. They are the living fossils which Tibet protected with emphasis. In the afternoon, return to Lhasa. Visit Taizhao ancient city,tracing the ruin of ancient tribes. Admire the Nyang River Scenery. Lengend says that the water in the Nyang River is gathered with the goddess’ tears. The water is very clear. Along the river banks, there are diversified waterfowls as well as terraced fields and Tibetan villages with unique styles. The scenery depicts the South of Yangtze River picture, making one feel to be in the deep place of a peach garden. Lives in Lhasa
The fifth day
After the breakfast, rides in a carriage to Rikeze, surmounts the Gang Para mountain, after watching the Tibet third great lake - - Yamdrok Yumtso beautiful scenery, then visit the ancient Karera glacier, visit Gyangze county where the film "Red River valley" was shot- - Watch the ruin where Tibetan troops resisted British army ---- Zongshan castle. The sixth day
After the breakfast, visit the place where Panchen Lama abode. - - Tashilhunpo Monastery and Panchan Lama funeral stupa. Tashilhunpo Monastery is one of six major Monasteries of Gelupa Sect. It is also the abode place of successive Panchen Lama.It was the political ruling center of Shigaze. In the afternoon bid farewell to Shigaze. Return to Lhasa. Admire the Yarlung Zangbo River scenery along the way, feeling the vigour of the first river on the plateau.Lives in Lhasa
The seventh day
After the breakfast, delivered the group, end upthe happy travel.
